Why Remove a Tree ?
Aside from the obvious danger of a dead or dying tree, there are a variety of reasons that peole come to us requesting tree removal. A tree could be causing an obstruction or hazard in your yard.
Other times, you simply need to remove a tree to make space for a building, a fence, parking, or simply to allow more sunlight in your yard. You might also want to eliminate the nuisance of falling branches, leaves or nuts on your roof.
Some trees may simply pose an unacceptable level of risk because the species is prone to failure at a certain size and age. Trees can simply get too big and threaten structures. You might be looking to increase visibility and curb appeal for your business or home.
Whatever the reason, our expertise in tree removal will ensure the job is done correctly.
Spider Lift
When removing large trees, we use our 100 foot aerial spider lift platform. To the best of our knowledge, this is the largest lift run by any tree company in the Tri-Cities area and we’re the only tree service with one this big. It allows us to work more efficiently on even the largest trees.
Our state-of-the-art tree removal equipment is manned by professionally trained, certified arborists who have years of experience. With lifts, chain saws, and our grapple bucket on the skid steer, the Arbor Tree Care team will come to your home or business ready to get the job and the clean-up done right.
Tree Climber
When needed, our professional climbers can gear up and do it the old fashioned way. They will typically go up the tree with ropes and a safety harness, cutting limbs from the bottom up, lowering them carefully to the ground in an open area.
If the tree is close to a home, fence, or other structure, branches are lowered down with ropes, one at a time. Once the branches have been removed, we cut the trunk into manageable sections, tie them with ropes and lower them down. Doing it in this way lets us control the tree from the top down.
Control and safety are always our first priority. We work carefully, prioritizing safety to your home, our crew, and the surrounding area.
Our ground crew will remove all tree parts and debris from the yard for disposal. If you’d like us to cut and stack manageable pieces to be processed for firewood, just let us know in advance!
